IGEL Tech Memories from Sébastien Pérusat – November 2021

Dear IGEL Community,

It should have happened earlier already, but I crashed a Meetup… What do I mean by that? Even after hours of preparation for our live November IGEL Community Meetup, I had what I would call a brain crash… During the presentation I delivered to you folks, my Laptop died away with a BSOD, and my Virtual machine I used passed away with a Kernel Panic. What should I say? It was hard to recover after that. I know you get what kind of feelings I went through. I guess this happens to all of us. So, if you want to smile a bit, watch the Meetup recording with your family during Christmas dinner!

But we had great times besides that one. Let’s dig into them. November was a pretty tough month!

  4. UPDATED: Advanced Services created a Unified Communication in a Box Getting started Guide, explaining how to set up different Unified Communications solutions on our IGEL OS and server-side. Check out the latest best practices there!


  1. Nolt Feature Proposal has been live for a couple of weeks now. Please check it out! This Feature Proposals Board will not only give you the ability to share your product ideas, but you can vote for existing items. Your votes help us understand which suggestions/ideas are essential to you.
